Nuestro tiempo nos alcanza hasta constituirnos, hasta que mana de nosotros, hasta que nos brota y se desprende cual semilla.
Ésta es una PLAZA! es la semilla o el injerto que ha prendido en el centro de la vorágine de la ciudad de Madrid y donde se mostrarán 3 de las piezas seleccionadas para esta edición de PROYECTOR ́23.
Guillermo G. Peydró y Jeanne de Petriconi, como reflejo de lo que son, creación que anhela, creación que crea, en su escultura híbrida Maternidad Geométrica encierran la matemática natural de la belleza, la belleza natural de lo matemático, la organicidad de lo creativo, la exactitud de lo alumbrado.
A día de hoy, la realidad que el hombre construye tiene varias caras que miran hacia otro lado sin encontrarse. Nacer, crecer, reproducirse, morir… ciclos racionalmente compartimentalizados, artificiosamente divididos, estudiados al detalle, explicados paso a paso. Hemos establecido la vida tan lejos de la muerte que entre ellas parece no haber nada.
Es un limbo donde cerramos los ojos para alimentar el misterio. Es un espacio desconocido que visitamos colmados de dudas. En este mundo de paradojas servidas en bandeja que nos ceban y cebamos, Lau Man Pan en su videoinstalación When Life Becomes Materials, sostiene la pregunta igual que sostenemos la vida de forma mecánica; como un ciclo que se ahorra la vuelta, como ser, en su forma más eficiente, existencia, mensaje y respuesta reproducida en bucle buscando aproximarse al infinito que nos devora el ansia.
Y nos seguimos preguntando a pesar de las innumerables respuestas, seguimos creando, construyendo, transformando. La mirada está ávida de presente; forma parte de sus entrañas. El cambio es incesante. Es necesario concebir la metamorfosis de aquello que se transforma sin pausa, tenaz, abriéndose paso a través del tiempo y el espacio que se expande y nos sacude mientras tratamos de unir las piezas desprendidas y conectamos los extremos. Así Laura Moreno Bueno origina El sonido de las imágenes, videoperformance experimental donde convierte las imágenes proyectadas en una banda sonora, en un concierto a cargo de la luz que nos descubre la forma a la vez que el sonido.

Peydró and Jeanne de Petriconi, as a reflection of what they are, a creation that yearns, a creation that creates, in their hybrid sculpture Maternidad Geométrica they contain the natural mathematics of beauty, the natural beauty of the mathematical, the organicity of the creative , the accuracy of the lighting.
Today, the reality that the man constructs has several faces that look away without meeting each other. Being born, growing, reproducing, dying… cycles rationally compartmentalized, artificially divided, studied in detail, explained step by step. We have established life so far from death that there seems to be nothing between them.
It is a limbo where we close our eyes to feed the mystery. It is an unknown space that we visit full of doubts. In this world of paradoxes served on a platter that feed us and we feed. Lau Man Pan in his video installation When Life Becomes Materials, holds the question just as we hold life mechanically; like a cycle that avoids turning around, like being, in its most efficient form, existence, message and response reproduced in a loop seeking to approach the infinity that devours us with craving.
And we continue to ask ourselves despite the countless answers, we continue creating, building, transforming. The gaze is eager for the present; It is part of his entrails. Change is incessant. It is necessary to conceive the metamorphosis of that which transforms without pause, tenacious, making its way through time and space that expands and shakes us while we try to unite the detached pieces and connect the ends. Thus, Laura Moreno Bueno originates El sonido de las imágenes, an experimental video performance where she converts the projected images into a soundtrack, in a concert performed by light that reveals the form as well as the sound.
