Josefina Giri

Josefina Giri nació en Buenos Aires en 1988 donde aún reside. Desde temprana edad comenzó con su formación artística inclinándose siempre hacia el lenguaje audiovisual. Realizó distintos acercamientos a través del estudio de fotografía, publicidad y artes multimediales en la UNA. Actualmente asiste a clínicas de desarrollo y análisis de obra con Mariano Vilela y Andrés Labaké. Se dedica laboralmente a la docencia de nivel medio y adultos, dando clases de vídeo y fotografía.

“I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1988, where I live and work. I have always had an interest in art. I attended the Instituto Vocacional del Arte where I specialized in audiovisual media at the age of 17, then I attended workshops of painting, scenography and photography. I passed through the Bachelor’s Degrees in Publicity and Graphic Design until I studied Multimedia Arts in 2012. In 2019, I contributed to the development of Mariano Vilela’s work. Currently, I work as a teacher of photography, digital art, design and programming. Besides, I make workshops for adults tackling blueprint and artistic expressiveness.”
