Raquel Durán and Rut Briones work as an art collective since 2014. They create audiovisual installations, using the language of the moving image to reflect on issues pertaining to our current western society. Their artistic practice explores the role of the individual within a collectivity, and questions the synergies, paradoxes, exchanges and inconsistencies that arise inevitably from this pairing.

Formally, their practice started within the traditional film expression, but soon turned towards audio-visual installation, gradually adding immersive, interactive and/or performative elements. The duo also work under the name Gheada, specializing in live arts, projection design and immersive installations.
