The 10 outstanding international artists are part of this selection of the 16th Edition of PROYECTOR Festival.

Their artworks ponder on the current political and social issues, on life and memory and emptiness. Topics that are approached from different cultural, intimate perspectives.

A dialogue is created between the works that address a universal feeling, asking the question: What do we see? What do we want to see?

PROYECTOR is a platform for the dissemination of the moving image, emphasizing on its more experimental, contemporary and commitment nature. The Festival has been active since 2007, collaborating with almost 70 international festivals and more than 100 venues with the participation of artists from more than 60 countries.

Every year about twenty events take place between presentations, performances, meetings and activities -all of them free entrance and broadcast via streaming- in the city of Madrid. The Festival has grown to become a space of reference for cultural exchange, connecting more than 20 cultural venues in each edition.
