Inespera

Inespera arises in the search to open up to the margins of representation, to experiment with audiovisual tools and to rehearse with images. We believe that in the audiovisual area one of the ways to reflect this is by breaking the binary orders that have been reproduced in different pieces for years. From the formal point of view, the piece breaks with the stereotypes of classical representation, using two monitors in vertical orientation as a visual device that vary from the format we are used to seeing. Starting with this first impression, the work deconstructs the expected models. A being that can be human or can be an animal, where the gender of the character is the last thing to ask ourselves about. Nature is not the only place where the animal of man can be produced, as we are used to seeing. In Inespera, the factory is a place of transformation, of dehumanization and where revelation can occur.
