Hosam Elsawah is an Egyptian illustrator, writer and filmmaker, born in 1984, currently living and working in Dahab. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Art Education, from the Faculty of Art Education, Helwan University, in 2007. He joined the Bab Rizk Jameel Program, run by the British Prince Charles School of Traditional Arts, at the Traditional Crafts Center in Fustat, Cairo, and received a diploma in traditional arts and crafts in 2014.
