Claudia Valente is a Master in Technology and Aesthetics of Electronic Arts, graduated with honors from the National University of Tres de Febrero (2013) and has a degree in visual arts from the National Art University Institute. She works as a professor and researcher in the Master of Aesthetics and Electronic Arts at UNTREF and in the Visual Arts degree at UNA. She completed an artistic residency at DXARTS, University of Washington and artistic and teaching exchanges at universities in Brazil and Costa Rica.
She first specialized in public art and later investigated electro-digital technologies. Her artistic production includes projects of collective authorship, geopolitical readings and multimedia productions. It combines specific territorial visions with meditations on time and space. In the evolution of her projects, the dialogue between these dimensions intensifies.
Works of her quantumorship were selected in calls such as Kosice Biennial, ArCiTec Prize, UNTREF Electronic Arts Prize, Proyector Video Art Festival (Spain) and Factors Contemporary Arts Symposium (Santa María, Brazil). Represents Bienalsur 2019 in Costa Rica. It is First Prize of the ARCITEC 2018 call.
Nic Motta (born 1994 – Buenos Aires, Argentina) Artist, teacher, researcher. He studied Visual Arts (UNA) and is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Technologies and Aesthetics of Electronic Arts (UNTREF)
He develops within visual programming, 3D modeling and printing, and video mapping. He dabbled in sound and electronics to develop interfaces and sensors.
He is interested in the relationship between the visual and the sound, finding and analyzing the geometry of these universes powered by an electro-digital development behind.
He currently addresses artificial intelligence and algorithms to connect and represent different spaces through numerical data.
He is part of the collaborative artistic groups MURU 7.8 and Transelectronicxs
Awarded at ArCiTec (2018), the Projector Video Art Festival, Spain (2018). He exhibited at Bienalsur 2019 (Buenos Aires / Costa Rica), Spain, Colombia and Brazil
