Annelvy Drouet and Eiden Rubio (Barcelona, 2005) are two young audiovisual students ready to embark on an artistic journey focused on installations and video art. Their work is mainly inspired by the use of analog resources, driven by a desire to evoke emotions that leave no one indifferent.

Their first audiovisual installation, “Garden Groove, IRIS,” merges technology and nature to portray a chaotic contrast between the two. In this installation, viewers interact with plants that generate music and visuals simultaneously—these visuals are displayed on CRT televisions.

They are also inspired by the idea of sending both a love letter to nature and a message of discontent regarding how it is treated, expressing a duality of admiration and concern.
