In March 13, 2020, the President of Spain: Pedro Sánchez, delivered his speech decreeing the National Alarm State due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19). The video shows this speech with the words omitted, revealing only the spaces of “silence” between one sentence and another, showing the emptiness as a word and the gestures emitted by the president as a language, making political pose the only speech.
