Museo Ex-Teresa Arte Actual

Former Temple and Convent of Santa Teresa la Antigua. The church, which still stands today, began construction around the mid-17th century. The twentieth Archbishop of Mexico, Don Francisco de Aguilar y Seixas, dedicated it to Saint Teresa on September 11, 1684.

Ex Teresa Arte Actual is a museum devoted to the creation, research, and dissemination of contemporary art and culture. It serves as a venue designed to facilitate artistic practice through diverse media and tendencies, enabling codifications, representations, and translations aimed at generating knowledge while also promoting the experimental currents of art.
