Sofía Mele was born in 1993 in Argentina. She lives in Buenos Aires and is studying Graphic Design at the University of Buenos Aires. She is a muralist, a restorer, and coordinates the mural workshop at Colegio de la Ciudad.
She also teaches at the Eduardo Sívori Museum in the painting workshop for the visually impaired, Another Way of Seeing. Since 2011, she has been working as an assistant to artist Adriana Carambia.
