Shaghayegh Norouzi is an actress and filmmaker from Iran.
She graduated in 2009 from the University of Tehran (Iran) in the speciality of Theater Direction and Dramaturgy. Started her career as professional actress debuting in 2006 with the leading role in a TV Series that inmediatly became a great success.For 13 years she has participated in large number of feature films, series, short films and TV Movies. Mainly as first role character.In recent years, she has directed several short films and organized experimental and underground film festivals. In these days she is deeply working for empower women filmmakers in their respective countries, giving them support and voice.
