These serve as a means to reflect on unequal distributions of labor and gender and their repercussions on the body.

In her practice, performance generates multiple layers of functionality: including the potential to provoke a multitude of bodily and political actions, to enable new forms of perception and imagination; but also to allow transmission through a range of material forms — or perhaps even through ephemerality — which can have profound implications on the body and on how one acts in the world.
