Luciano and Maíra (Brazil) are artists and filmmakers. In recent years, they have made individual and collective exhibitions in Brazil. Their last film “Sin título (5)” was screened in film and video art festivals, where they received some Honourable Mentions. Their last work as art directors is “Princesa Morta do Jacuí”, a short-film screened in some festivals in Brazil and Europe (Viennale, Indielisboa, Filmadrid, Festival de Rio). As a director, actor and editor, Luciano shot “Ruby” (2015), a hybrid between documentary and fiction awarded 13 times in Brazil and Portugal, many exhibitions around the world and currently also two television channels in Brazil. Luciano is now working on his first film, a co-production between Brazil and Portugal. On the other hand, Maíra works as a dresser and art director in cinema. Together, they are currently both editing and pre-producing two short films.
