He was born in 1941, in the city of Buenos Aires where he lives and works.

She is a professor and a graduate in the History of Arts at the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters, University of Buenos Aires, (UB.A). Scholarships of the Institute of Hispanic Culture 1971/72. Internship at the Smithsonian in Washington 1982. Fundación Telefónica Intercampos Scholarship 2007.

Professor at the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters, UBA; the National University of La Plata, the School of Multimedia Design of the Maimonides University, the Master of Curation at the National University of Tres de Febrero, (UNTREF).

She is a curator of contemporary art, art and new media in Argentina and abroad. She is a researcher in the audiovisual field, a pioneer of video art and new media.

From 1988 she began the artistic production of it. Her works are part of national and international collections in Latin America and Europe.

She is a member of the National Academy of Fine Arts (ANBA) since 2013.

She worked from 1979 to 2013 in different areas of the Ministry of Culture of the City of Buenos Aires

She won the first Brazil Video Award in 2005, and the Multimedia Action Award given by the Argentine Association of Art Critics (AACA). In 2012 she was awarded the Konex Platinum Award, Video Art discipline. The Secretary of Culture of the Nation awarded him the Cultural Equality Prize in 2013.

She received the Grand Prize National Salon of Visual Arts in the category New Supports 2014.

She has written various articles for books, catalogs, and publications.
