Andrea Vázquez was born in Vigo in 1981, has a degree in Art History from the University of Santiago de Compostela and a postgraduate degree in International Cultural Cooperation and Management from the University of Barcelona.

She is also a senior technician in Image and Sound at the School of Image and Sound in Vigo and has studied film direction at the School of Cinematographic Arts of Galicia.

Since 2006 she has been the producer and director of the audiovisual production company Miramemira, with which she has created dozens of audiovisual pieces. As a director, she specializes in artistic and cultural content, as is the case in the Rizoma (2013), Confluencias reports. Jaime Quessada / Xaime Quesada Blanco (2012), Peruvian portraits. Jorge and Andrea have carried out several projects together such as “5,354 km”, “the aesthetics of disappearance”, the series “Displacement of Reading”, where we also find the work “An expanded song” among others.
