Studied Art at the Mestre Mateo School of Arts in Santiago de Compostela, La Massana in Barcelona and the University of Göttingen in Germany. She then went on to start her artistic career, designing sets for the theatre and artist performances with the multicultural collective Ball-Cans. She has worked as an artistic director and stage manager in several film and television productions.

She defines herself as a visual artist. Her jump to moving image art is a natural process where the camera is an extension of her artistic expression. She has made short pieces and video installations such as Autorretrato (Self-Portrait) and Brío (2015). Os Fillos da Vide (2017) is her first feature film. She currently participates in the film creation lab AA++, dedicated to film performance.

As an independent curator, she has collaborated with various cultural institutions in Galicia, Spain and America; GAIÁS – Fundación Ciudade da Cultura de Galicia, PAZO da CULTURA de Pontevedra, MUSAC (Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Castilla y León), Mar Museo Mar del Plata (Argentina), Semana del Cine Experimental de La Plata (Argentina), MAMBA Museo de Arte Moderno de Buenos Aires (Argentina).

In 2019, she was a judge at the Alcances Documentary Film Festival (Cádiz) and was part of the selection committee for the Shorts from Galicia catalogue.

She is a co-founder of (S8) Mostra Internacional de Cinema Periférico in A Coruña, dedicated to experimental and avant-garde cinema, being co-director from the first edition to the present day.
