«From before we are born we have been together and together we create a series of gestures that expose our relationship with memory and forgetting and the certainty that childhood does not end.» The ancestral lines cannot be broken. Outside of them there is no childhood. Outside of them there can be no true dreams. The river flows, it changes continuously, it moves continuously, but it is always a river. Now, before, after. This is the line that unites us (…), because outside the physical there is an intact filament. You can’t see it, but you can feel it. You can call it «nature.» So what is nature but the execution of a master plan? «Viola, Bill. (1995). Reasons for Knocking at an Empty House. Cambridge: London. The MIT Press; Anthony d’Offay. Gallery, p. Notes. «»
