Paula Lafuente (Madrid, 1983) is a psychotherapist, artist and independent researcher.

Lafuente is PHD in “Research in Humanities, Art and Education” from the UCLM and graduated in “Performance Practice and Visual Culture” from the same university in collaboration with the Reina Sofía National Art Center Museum. Lafuente is an expert in integrative psychopathology from Udima, an Expert in Hypnosis from COP, a specialist in Psychotherapy and Psychodrama from the Association for the Study of Psychotherapy and Psychodrama of Madrid and a graduate in Psychology from the UAM.

Lafuente has screenings and exhibitions in cities such as Mexico City (Ex-Teresa Museum), MACO (Oaxaca Contemporary Art Museum), Birmingham (Be Festival), Coimbra (Fonlad Digital Art Festival) and Madrid (La Casa Encendida, Alcalá 31 Artmadrid , PROYECTOR Festival), among others.

She has published in different media, including Interim, a magazine subscribed to the Black Mountain Institute and the University of Nevada.

In addition, Lafuente works documenting events (photo and video) in different artistic institutions. (Art Basel, Arco, Thyssen, among others)

She develops her work as a psychotherapist and content creator at Beta Vitae.
