Laurène Barnel, born in 1994, is a video artist living and working in Saint-Denis, nearby Paris, France.
In 2018, she graduated from the National School of Fine Arts of Paris with the Honors. There, she studied with the french photographers Marc Pataut and Patrick Tosani, then at the San Francisco Art Institute in 2017.
In her first short movie, she’s interested in the relationships between Human and architecture, through the game.
Laurène Barnel has shown her work in several places, such as the Commines space in Paris, the Duncan gallery in Leipzig, the Diego Rivera gallery in San Francisco and the Palace of Fine Arts in Paris.
