Gabriel Alayza is a visual artist who received the Adolfo Winternitz medal in 2006 for being the best graduate in the specialty of Painting from the Faculty of Art of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
Many of his individual works have been presented at the Forum Gallery, such as: Cargar (2007), Asesinos delicados (2011) and Estado del tiempo (2013).
He has also participated in several national and international shows.
He currently directs together with Mateo Alayza the illustration studio Hermanos Magia. He is also a professor at the Faculty of Art of the PUCP, Centro de la Imagen and Corriente Alterna, School of Art and Design.
