Christian Delgado and Nicolas Testoni are two visual artists born, one in Darregueria, and the other in Bahía Blanca, Argentina. His best-known work, «The Last Hour», won the award for best short film at the Swiss festival «Shnit Worldwide Shortfilmfestival», as well as a special mention from the jury of the PCI Film Directors Association./em>
