Alessandra Caccia was born in Milan in 1975, where she currently lives and works. She mainly specializes in photography, video and video installation. Her language and fusion of genres ranges from cinematography to music videos. Often her autobiographical works explore the nature on the problems of identity and memory that encompasses social and collective history through the reworking of scientific sources, literary ideas or news.
