In 1964, he won an award at the 5th Salón Internacional with one of the first works in the renovation of plastic language, known as New Realism and Pop-art. Among his exhibitions, the following are worth mentioning: ‘Bandera, bandera’ at the Joan Miró Foundation in Barcelona and ‘la antológica’, which, in 1995, was exhibited by the IVAM of Valencia. In 2016, La Nau building of the University of Valencia dedicated a large retrospective exhibition to him, a contribution to iconographic modernity that he has developed throughout the last decades through different languages, paintings, sculptures and graphic design.

From 1980 to 1995, he directed the Parpalló Hall with exhibitions by international authors: Klossowsky, Robert Frank, David Lynch, Wols and photography, architecture or drawing.
