1. Se podrá enviar un máximo de 1 obra por artista o colectivo sin límite de edad. De cualquier temática y en cualquier idioma, aunque preferentemente subtitulado en español y/o inglés, sin límite de duración y tiene que haber sido realizado en el último año y que hayan sido finalizadas durante los últimos 12 meses.
Las obras seleccionadas formarán parte de la programación PROYECTOR2023 que se desarrollará del 6 al 17 de septiembre de 2023, pudiéndose prolongar en el tiempo en algunas de las sedes. Serán presentadas a modo de proyección o videoinstalación en los diferentes espacios con los que colaboramos. Y podrán ser incluidas en comisariados internacionales que realizamos. Se proyectarán online durante las horas que se celebra la inauguración física del espacio en el festival o las muestras.
PROYECTOR se interesa más por la experimentación, el site specific y la relación con el espectador, el cuerpo, la escala y el espacio que acoge la pieza. Se valorará positivamente, aunque no excluyente, las piezas que no sean cinemanormativas (monocanal, 16/9, horizontal, HD-4K). Tipos de obra aceptadas: monocanal, videoinstalaciones (multicanal, interactivas, videointervenciones) y videoperformances en directo.
2. Los trabajos serán seleccionados por un jurado de especialistas internacionales coordinado por PROYECTOR para su proyección durante las muestras y festivales.
3. El envío de las obras implica que los artistas autorizan la proyección de sus trabajos por los medios que PROYECTOR considere para su difusión. El derecho de autor sobre la obra es propiedad exclusiva del artista autor de la obra, quien permite en caso de ser seleccionado por PROYECTOR su exhibición y difusión. Las proyecciones serán siempre de carácter gratuito.
4. PROYECTOR cuenta con equipamiento audiovisual propio y con recursos de patrocinio para el montaje (y/o producción de ser requerida) de la obra presentada. Sin embargo, en el caso que el artista requiera de materiales especiales (proyectores full HD o 4K, construcción de objetos, paredes, materiales que precise la propia videoinstalación…) estos se intentarán ofrecer pero en caso de que no sea posible tendrán que corren a cargo del artista, de sus galerías o patrocinadores propios.
5. PRESELECCIÓN: Los vídeos deben estar online, de libre acceso o en caso de tener contraseña otorgar acceso a la cuenta proyectorvideoartfestival@gmail.com.
6. SELECCIÓN: Los artistas seleccionados serán contactados por email en primavera de 2023 y se les pedirá el envío digital del archivo en formato máxima calidad, preferiblemente MP4 HD, pero se aceptan trabajos PAL, 8mm, 16mm, o inclusive tecnologías low-tech o que sea en tiempo real sin registros.
7. El envío del material implica la aceptación de estas bases y todo aspecto no contemplado en este reglamento será resuelto por PROYECTOR.

1. A maximum of one art piece per artist or collective, without any restriction of age, length, theme or language will be admitted; please, include Spanish and English subtitles when needed. The video must have been produced during the last year.
Selected works will be part of PROYECTOR2022 festival which will take place from September 6th to 17th 2023, maybe for a longer time in some of the venues. These works will be presented in the form of screenings or video-installations in the different venues with which the festival collaborates and they may be included in international curatorships we celebrate. They will be screened online during the hours in which the physical opening of the space is celebrated in the festival or the exhibitions.
Work formats accepted: single-channel, video installations (multi-channel, interactive, video interventions) and live video performances. “Not cinema normative” pieces will be positively valued (single-channel, 16/9, horizontal, HD-4K). Experimentation, the site specific and the relationship with the spectator, the body, the scale and with the space that holds the work are well valued.
2. All works will be selected by an international specialists jury coordinated by PROYECTOR for their screening in different samples and festivals. PROYECTOR is an independent festival that seeks for the help and support from public or private entities every year.
3. The sending of the works would imply that the artists agree with the screening of the video piece and its use in any media that PROYECTOR considers useful for the spreading. The artist would keep all the rights and the exclusive property of the piece, and PROYECTOR is only authorized for its exhibition and spreading in case it is selected. All screenings will be free.
4. PROYECTOR has its own material and sponsorship to exhibit the presented works, but in case the artist needs special materials (full HD or 4K projectors, construction of objects, walls, materials that the video installation needs itself) these are in charge of the artist or its own galleries or sponsorships.
5. PRESELECTION: All videos must be online, free access or, in case they have a password, allow the access to the account proyectorvideoartfestival@gmail.com.
6. SELECTION: All selected artists will be contacted by email during spring 2023. They will be asked to send the best quality digital video file, preferably MP4 HD, but we also admit PAL, 8mm, 16mm or low-tech formats, also real time projects without archive.
7. The sending of the works would mean the agreement with the terms and conditions and any aspect not included in these will be solved by PROYECTOR.
