ULYA SOLEY – Supervisora de colección del Museo Pera y comisaria independiente

Ulya Soley trabaja en el Museo Pera como supervisora de colección y contruibuye a las exposiciones y publicaciones del museo como curadora y editora. Completó su maestría en Cultura, Crítica y Curaduría en Central Saint Martins, y su licenciatura en historia del arte y psicología en la Universidad de McGill. Recientemente, ella comisarío la exposición «How shall we dress for the occasion?» organizado por Protocinema en 601 Artspace en Nueva York. Sus proyectos curatoriales pasados incluyen “You Look Familiar” como parte del Programa de Residencia Curiatorial del British Council, “Katherine Behar: Data’s Entry” y “Bring Your Own Beamer” en el Museo Pera, “Waiting Room” en la South London Gallery, y “Stereo-Reality” como parte de programa de curadores emergentes de Proto5533. Sus escritos han aparecido en publicaciones impresas y en línea como Pine magazine, UQ, The Believer Logger, Istanbul Art News, Art unlimited, K24 y Borderless. También es miembro de la International Association of Art Critics (AICA).
Ulya Soley works at Pera Museum as a collection supervisor and contributes to the Museum’s exhibitions and publications as a curator and editor.
