Shaghayegh Norouzi es una actriz y cineasta de Irán.
Se graduó en 2009 de la Universidad de Teherán (Irán) en la especialidad de Dirección de Teatro y Dramaturgia. Comenzó su carrera como actriz profesional debutando en el 2006 con el papel principal en una serie de televisión que inmediatamente se convirtió en un gran éxito. Durante 13 años ha participado en gran cantidad de largometrajes, series, cortometrajes y películas para televisión. Principalmente como personaje principal de rol. En los últimos años ha dirigido varios cortometrajes y ha organizado festivales de cine experimental y underground. En estos días está trabajo profundamente para empoderar a las mujeres cineastas en sus respectivos países dándoles apoyo y voz.
