Sabrina Mazzuoli ha estado realizando su investigación artística al mismo tiempo durante algunos años.
como videoartista y como intérprete y coreógrafo. Graduada de DAMS en Florencia, asistió al curso SNDO (Escuela para el desarrollo de la nueva danza) en el Theatreschool en Amsterdam.
Ha colaborado como bailarina e intérprete con artistas visuales, coreógrafos y directores como Sara Nesti, David Rosetzky, Dewey Dell, Katie Duck, grupo Fosca, Company Blu.
Desde 2013 ha estado trabajando en sus propios proyectos coreográficos seleccionados y presentados en festivales y reseñas para jóvenes coreógrafos, entre ellos Cortoindanza (T-OFF, Cagliari), Body songs (Officina Ex-Macelli, Prato), Festival de Espectáculos Nao (Fabbrica del Vapore , Milán));
en 2015 es coreógrafa seleccionada para el Festival Verdecoprente (Terni) y se encuentra entre las coreógrafas seleccionadas para el proyecto de residencia artística NAOCREA, para la dirección artística de Ariella Vidach, en la que realiza un primer estudio de la interpretación para dos «Disarmate sin cola lagartos ”.
En 2016 y 2017 fue coreógrafa invitada para el proyecto de residencia Peer Coatching para jóvenes coreógrafos (apoyado por MIBACT y la Región de Toscana) para la dirección artística de Company Blu.
Desde 2016 colabora con la directora Ilaria Cristini para la realización de performances y talleres producidos por Laboratorio Nove y Atto Due (Sesto Fiorentino, Florencia).
Como videoartista, desde 2008 ha expuesto sus trabajos en festivales y exposiciones nacionales e internacionales y en 2013 con el video «Decidí dejar de bailar porque el ensayo era un poco desagradable» ganó una mención especial como Mejor Concepto en el concurso «El baile en 1 minuto» organizado por COORPI, Coordinación de baile del Piamonte.
