Guerilla Grrls Croacia es la voz del feminismo en el arte: dos activistas quieren señalar la injusticia, la desigualdad y, a través del arte, educar a otros sobre estos temas.
Las obras expuestas de artistas siguen siendo una minoría hoy en día en comparación con las obras publicadas firmadas por un hombre, pero también son los motivos más comunes, pero tal como los ven los hombres y el mundo capitalista. Desnudos, de tamaño perfecto, femeninos y tranquilos: prototipos de algunas amas de casa perfectas que, lamentablemente, siguen siendo la medida de lo que una mujer debería ser y cómo debería verse para cumplir con los estándares.
En un mundo que funciona sobre la base de la destrucción, creemos que el arte es crear algo, y lo que queremos crear es un mundo mejor y más justo para todos, sin diferencias ni normas de comportamiento impuestas.
Es hora de que el arte se convierta en una revolución, es hora de empezar a pensar con la cabeza y no con lo que la sociedad nos impone, por eso nos toca a nosotros señalar los problemas actuales y siempre actuales a través del arte, y a través de eso vemos y sentimos la revolución del arte. Es hora de borrar y encender el patriarcado, la discriminación y la desigualdad con la elocuencia de colores y diseños.
Guerilla Grrls Croatia is the voice of feminism in art: two activists want to point out injustice, inequality and, through art, educate others about these issues.
The exhibited works of artists are still a minority today compared to the published works signed by a man, but they are also the most common motifs, but as seen by men and the capitalist world. Naked, perfectly sized, feminine and calm – prototypes of some perfect housewives who sadly remain the measure of what a woman should be and how she should look to meet the standards.
In a world that works on the basis of destruction, we believe that art is creating something, and what we want to create is a better and fairer world for everyone, without differences or imposed norms of behavior.
It is time for art to become a revolution, it is time to start thinking with our heads and not with what society imposes on us, that is why it is up to us to point out current and always current problems through art, now through that we see and feel the art revolution. It is time to erase and ignite patriarchy, discrimination and inequality with the eloquence of colors and designs.
