Sinfonía visual conducida por las voces de ocho mujeres mayores de 60 años que reflexionan sobre la concepción de sus propios cuerpos, dentro del marco de un sistema patriarcal que atenta continuamente contra ellos. Entre documental y video arte, este es un viaje sensorial que planta cara al estereotipo que únicamente concibe a las mujeres de edad avanzada como seres complacientes, vulnerables y dependientes. [B]ELLAS es una reivindicación del derecho de las mujeres a envejecer y lo hace desde la afirmación de sus experiencias, sus cuerpos, sus capacidades, sus arrugas y su belleza.
Visual symphony conducted by the voices of eight women over 60 who reflect on the conception of their own bodies, within the framework of a patriarchal system that continually attacks them. Between documentary and video art, this is a sensory journey that challenges the stereotype that only conceives of elderly women as complacent, vulnerable and dependent beings. [B] ELLAS is a vindication of the right of women to age and does so from the affirmation of their experiences, their bodies, their capacities, their wrinkles and their beauty.
