I hurt my self everyday
The project is about how to represent visually, through the artistic act, the pain and suffering, such as: their physical manifestation (in the portrait) or the depersonalization of the individual within contemporary life. I hurt myself everyday is designed specifically for the basement of the CSA where, between work and place, it was established an exact parallel with the different levels of architecture and those of consciousness, as Western psychoanalytic tradition explain.
Here the basement became a metaphorical mental place, which is exactly where trauma in human being develops.
