Analía Villanueva (arg)
Nací en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. Cursé la carrera de ingeniería electrónica en la Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA), la especialización en Lenguajes Combinados en la Universidad de las Artes (UNA) y actualmente me encuentro cursando la maestría en Lenguajes Combinados en la UNA. Mi obra abarca el cine experimental, el video, las instalaciones interactivas, y los objetos sonoros. Recibí en 2019 el Primer Premio en el concurso Arte y Tecnología del Fondo Nacional de las Artes. En el año 2018, curé junto a Marto Alvarez la muestra de video ZELPORTRET480, la cual estuvo proyectada en las siguientes ciudades: AGX en Boston, Uniondocs en New York, Museo Zapadores en Madrid, La casa del Bicentenario en Buenos Aires entre otros. Mis films se han presentado en festivales como el Festival Internacional de Cine de Mar del Plata, Ann Arbor en USA, el Curta8 en Curitiba Brasil, el festival Super OFF en Sao Pablo Brasil, Festival Play en Argentina entre otros. Me interesa la temporalidad, lo efímero, la desintegración, la desaparición, la memoria, la imagen inestable, la materialización y su desmaterialización, la angustia y su síntoma, la aceleración del tiempo.
I was born in the City of Buenos Aires. I studied electronic engineering at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), the specialization in Combined Languages at the University of the Arts (UNA) and I am currently studying for a master’s degree in Combined Languages at UNA. My work encompasses experimental cinema, video, interactive installations, and sound objects. In 2019, I received the First Prize in the Art and Technology contest of the National Endowment for the Arts. In 2018, together with Marto Alvarez, I curated the video exhibition ZELPORTRET480, which was screened in the following cities: AGX in Boston, Uniondocs in New York, Zapadores Museum in Madrid, La casa del Bicentenario in Buenos Aires, among others. My films have been presented at festivals such as the Mar del Plata International Film Festival, Ann Arbor in the USA, Curta8 in Curitiba Brazil, the Super OFF festival in Sao Pablo Brazil, Play Festival in Argentina among others. I am interested in temporality, the ephemeral, disintegration, disappearance, memory, the unstable image, materialization and its dematerialization, anguish and its symptom, the acceleration of time.
