‘I do not count the time (+ other musings)’ is an amalgamation of three moving images made in solitude as part of an ongoing series of diaristic moving images responding to Sandy Denny’s ‘Who Knows Where the Time Goes?’ Through mixed media self-portraits, landscapes, and abstract paintings/animations collected from June 2020 to the present, this series creatively archives personal wanderings and wonderings, be it of literal forays across new or well-treaded territories or of drifting and converging internal reflections, memories and emotions.
