Alberto Omiste (esp)
Alberto Omiste es un fotógrafo y artista multidisciplinar nacido en España, en 1985. Licenciado en Bellas Artes, CES Felipe II, UCM, 2013. Finalista seleccionado de Emplea Cultura, Fundación Banco Santander 2020.
En dirección de fotografía destaca el proyecto artístico Fleshquake, de Raquel S. Gálvez y Greta Desirée realizado en De School, Amsterdam, financiado por Amsterdams Fonds voors de Kunst. Y los videoclips Láser de Jirafa Rey y Abducción por reggaeton de Lapili.
Como iluminador ha trabajado para Alfonso Ohnur tanto en editorial, reportaje y comercial con trabajos publicados en Glamour Francia/España, Conde Nast Traveller en Marrakech o Yo Dona en Madrid. También con Noel Quintela para Carme Bollente en París con los lookbook SS19 y AW19 y otros trabajos comerciales con Axel & Arigato lookbook AW19 en Gotemburgo.
Fue jurado en el premio de fotografía en el Certamen Jóvenes Creadores del Ayuntamiento de Madrid, 2016.
Durante 5 años trabajó como profesor para el Ayuntamiento de Madrid en el CJ Hontalbilla. 2011-2015 y becario del laboratorio de fotografía en la Universidad Complutense de Madrid en 2008.
En el ámbito artístico su trabajo más destacado es NOSOTROS, proyecto personal de arte de guerrilla multiplataforma en el que se presentó un falso partido político de inflexión, respondiendo a la situación de discurso vacío en 2017, con la participación de El Cuarto de Invitados, Luis Hidalgo y Paulina Lara presentado en el Festival Hybrid.
Del 2014 al 2016 formó parte del estudio Intercambiador ACART, siendo seleccionado para el Festival Open Studio 2015.
Exposiciones colectivas destacables en Galería José Robles The war is over comisariada por Oscar Alonso Molina, Sobredosis en la Quinta del Sordo, Emergentia en Espacio Trapezio, 18 de Julio en Espacio Oculto, y El primer hogar comisariada por Alejandro Alonso Moro en Naranjo.
De 2010 a 2013 dirige PICUET Gallery, proyecto expositivo y espacio de encuentro para artistas jóvenes en Madrid.
