Paco Chanivet (Seville, 1984) has a degree in Fine Arts, with studies in social and cultural anthropology, as well as in directing and screenwriting. Lives and works in Barcelona. Some of his contributions in the national artistic level have been Tr\u00e0fic (CCCB), El lugar de los hechos (Sala d\u2019Art Jove), ClaResil 2012mg (La Capella), Audio-deriva for the Archivo J. R Plaza (La Virreina Centre de la Imatge), F de Ficci\u00f3n (Can Felipa Arts Visuals), Constelaciones familiares (Sala Muncunill EspaiDos), Ne travaillez jamais (ADN Platform, ADN Galer\u00eda), Siga los rastros como si fuera miope (Arts Santa M\u00f2nica), Panorama 2018 (Galer\u00eda Fran Reus), No es lo que aparece (Premi Miquel Casablancas, Fabra i Coats) y SSSSSSSilex (La Capella \u2013 BCN Producci\u00f3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2017 he was awarded the Artium-Getxoarte acquisition prize and the first prize at the XXXIII La Rioja Young Art Exhibition. Some of his works are in the collections of the Universitat de Barcelona, the Fundaci\u00f3 Banc Sabadell and the ARTIUM Collection. Since 2016 he has been an artist- in-residence at the Hangar production centre and in mid 2018 in La Escocesa. He is the driving force and co-founder of FASE, a space for creation and emerging thought. He is currently working on his next solo exhibition at the Espai 13 of the Fundaci\u00f3 Mir\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
