He applies craft and technological know-how \u2013 obtained in the industrial field of cinema and TV \u2013 to a methodology of independent production in order to preserve an authorial discourse and guarantee a formal exploration. He studied painting in Argentina with Luis Felipe No\u00e9 and Eduardo Stup\u00eda, among others; film in the USA at the University of California (UCLA) and Ibero-American literature at the Jos\u00e9 Ortega y Gasset Foundation in Spain. In the field of film, he wrote and directed the fictional piece El visitante (1999) and the documentaries Mika, mi guerra de Espa\u00f1a (2013), La sombra (2015), La extra\u00f1a and Notas sobre el (auto) exilio (2018).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>He has directed fiction and documentary series for television in Argentina, Venezuela, USA and Spain. As a scriptwriter, he has written scripts, provided tutorials and collaborated in the development of feature film projects for production companies in Argentina, Brazil, Spain and the USA. He has given seminars and workshops on film and audiovisual arts in Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, Cuba and Spain. In addition, since 1990, he has produced a body of work that includes paintings, photographs, film, single-channel videos and video installations, exhibited in solo and collective exhibitions in Argentina (This is Just to Say, 2015, MACBA; Capilla, 1994 \/ FASE 3, 2011, Centro Cultural Recoleta; Si el cuerpo es el templo, el rostro es su altar, 2013, Fundaci\u00f3n OSDE; Im\u00e1genes equivocadas, 2000, Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes; Pante\u00f3n de los H\u00e9roes, 2012 \/ Devenir libres: historias desde la potencia, 2016, Museo de Arte Contempor\u00e1neo de Bah\u00eda Blanca; Intersticios, 2012, Alianza Francesa, La mirada oculta, 2014, Rolf, Un momento aqu\u00ed, 2008, VVV Gallery, Pinturas, 1997, GARA, among others) and abroad (Doc Fortnight, 2019, MOMA, USA; Entre Linguas: Argentine Experimental Video, 2016, Museu da Imagen e o Som, Brazil; K\u00f6lner Nacht, 2016, Museum Ludwig, Germany; La Maison, 2017, Gallerie Zola, France; This is Just to Say, 2015, Tabakalera, Spain, among others). His work is part of private collections in Argentina, USA and France.
